Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. This is not a FFA site - The Bridal Net reserves the right not to list any supplier. Each listing will be reviewed before inclusion. Refusals may or may not be accompanied with a reason.
2. No SPAM Sites - Any websites listed on The Bridal Net that are found to be sending SPAM, or are doorway pages to SPAM sites, will be removed immediately with no refund.
3. No Adult Sites - Any websites listed on The Bridal Net that are found to contain adult only material or are doorway pages to such sites they will be removed immediately with no refund.
4. All payments are to be in advance.
5. Featured listings can only be on pages that already contain, at least, a silver listing for that service provider
6. Bids for feature listings do not include the setup fee - this must be paid in addition to the bid price on a successful bid.
7. For a featured listing bid to be valid, it must be received via the bidding form 2 weeks before the end of the calendar month. We will not be responsible for mail server delays or outages causing bids to miss the cut-off time. Don't try and place last minute bids to steal featured listings, play fair.
8. No unethical advertising practices. No hidden links, hidden text, defamation, cloaking etc.
9. Discounts for quality backlinks - To be eligible for the advertised discounted rate for sites that link back to The Bridal Net the following must apply or the listing will be removed with no refund:
   1. The page containing the backlink must not be called links.htm or links.html etc and it must not be in a directory called /links/
   2. The page containing the backlink must be, at most, one click away from the page linked to by The Bridal Net.
   3. The page containing the backlink and the backlink must be navigable by the major search engines' robots and spiders.
   4. The page containing the backlink must not have more than 50 links from it.
   5. The backlink must be one of the approved backlinks.
   Basically, we're trying as best we can to pass PR on to you and we expect you to do the same to receive the discount. Don't block the robots, don't bury the link deep in your site and don't put it on a page with too many other links (or anything else to block the flow of PR).
